At Bronze Burger, we specialize in smashed burgers. Our burgers are made fresh with our signature Bronze sauce. We keep the menu simple and focus on doing smash burgers the right way.
Every patty is pressed hard onto a screaming-hot flat top so the edges turn lacy and deep bronze. Cheese, pickles, grilled onions and sauce, nothing else needed. Add jalapeños if you want heat, and load your fries while you're at it.

We started out of a food truck, parking wherever we could and hoping people would show up. They did. Chico kept coming back, brought their friends, waited in line even when it was cold out. That's the only reason we're still doing this.
Eventually we landed a real spot downtown on Broadway. Same burgers, same sauce, same way of doing things, just walls now instead of a window.
